South Boston Memorials, Inc. offers a wide variety and selection of monuments in stock. Monuments usually consist of a die and a base. The die, or top piece of the unit, can be customized to reflect one's personal style. Various types of dies are the Serpentine, 1/2 Serpentine, Flat Top, and Oval Top.
The base of a monument can be customized using different polishing techniques. The standard base usually comes with a polish top and rough edges, however, you can order bases ALL-Polish or with a Polish Margin. A polish margin is polish border that is about 2 inches wide that goes around the base, leaving the remainder of area rocky.
